We are a change organisation for the sales profession, we aim to raise the perception and recognition of sales professionals.
Our purpose is to make society a better place through professionalising the sales function.
The National Sales Institute is working hard with key stakeholders to design a framework on which to establish a nationally accredited qualification for Sales Professionals. We seek to establish the gold standard for a baseline knowledge qualification for sales professionals, which is adopted by individuals, industries and the wider community.
The first part of creating change, is to start the conversation about the topic of change. National Sales Institute wants to be involved in these conversations, whether it be at the backyard bbq or the policy making table at government. By making sure that we represent the voices of the masses, we are able to make sure that society is aware of the importance of this conversation.
We aim to be the authority for all things sales and to be at the forefront of any sales discussions. With our industry engagement and original research, we defend the reputation of professional sales people, and ultimately, provide members with a qualification that recognises their dedication and commitment to this critical business function.
All organisations exist to service a customer, that is the basis of economics. However, not all organisations recognise that one of the most critical functions of servicing your customer is the sales function, quite often seen as the necessary evil.
We as a society need to extinguish the idea that sales exist' to transact revenue. They are the enablers your customer need to achieve their desire with your product, whether it be goods, services or emotion.
Through research, education and awareness, I am striving to change the attitude that historically plagued the sales function. Join me on this journey.
